Cast steel frame,tempering processing ,precision grinder orbit process ensure high mechanic precision;
Semi-closed cover(full closed cover is optional), external circulation cutting oil manner , equipped with dust collecting device;
Independence standing control cabinet used to set PC and control box, easy to use. Full closed control cabinet to prevent dust and water;
X,Y,Z axis adopt imported high precision linear guideway with over load capability to ensure high fast speed positioning precision;
High precised grind Ballscrew and pre-tighten nuts ensure high transmission accuracy;
High precision shaft coupling ensure no tolerance while high speed and high torque;
High precised, high sensitive tool changer with tool length automatically compensation ensure high processing accuracy ;
Independent lathe bed lubrication system;
High speed PCI multi axis moving controller, AC servo motor driver system;
Internal circulation water cooling for spindle, good sealing capability. External circulation tool cooling system;
